A sticking door, a shelf still in its box, or a curtain rod waiting to be hung can turn into a long list. Combine your household repairs and installations into one clear request. The office helps confirm which tasks fit the visit and what materials or specialist work may be needed.
Online handyman scheduling requires two hours of labor prepaid at $125 per hour, a $250 minimum. Materials and work beyond that minimum must be scoped separately. The office is the contact for discussing scheduling without prepayment.

Planning the work
Turn a repair list into a workable visit
A productive handyman appointment starts with a prioritized list. A sticking door, loose cabinet pull, unmounted shelf, and unfinished caulking can share a visit, but each has different material and access needs. Photograph the problem and include dimensions, model numbers, and replacement parts you already have. This helps the office distinguish a quick adjustment from work needing a separate estimate.
For mounting requests, describe the wall surface, the item's size and weight, and the hardware supplied. Furniture assembly needs the product name and confirmation that all boxes are present. Repairs around damaged wood, moisture, or an uncertain attachment point may require assessment before a reliable time estimate is possible.

Discuss electrical, plumbing, structural, or other specialist work with the office before booking so the scope and appropriate provider can be confirmed.

Can I book online before paying?
No. Online scheduling requires the $250 minimum labor prepayment. Online prepaid booking is not available yet. Contact the office to discuss scheduling arrangements.
Does the two-hour minimum cover a flooring project?
Flooring needs its own assessment of area, material, and preparation. Handyman providers can install vinyl, LVP, and engineered wood, but a larger installation is not automatically included in a two-hour visit. Tile installation is not offered.
Can I discuss scheduling without prepayment?
Yes. Contact the office directly to discuss your situation. Online handyman booking still requires $250 prepaid: two hours at $125/hour. An alternative arrangement must be confirmed with the office.
Does the minimum cover materials and larger projects?
The minimum is for two hours of labor. Tell the office about materials, fixtures, access, and the full task list so any additional time or costs can be agreed. Flooring and larger projects may require a separate estimate.
