01The Job
This is trade work, and we treat it that way: training, real equipment, and a crew that has your back on the hard jobs.
We hire full and part time service workers and technicians around Maryland. The work runs from county office buildings to commercial kitchens to homes that need a team with a strong stomach and a good heart. No two weeks look the same, and the people who stay tell us that is exactly why they stay.
- Full and part time, Monday through Saturday. Sundays off, always.
- Paid on-the-job training with a crew lead beside you.
- Service routes across Maryland.
No cleaning experience required; we train the SWAT way, on the job, with a crew lead beside you. What we cannot train is showing up on time, taking pride in finished work, and treating clients’ homes and businesses with respect. Bring those three and we will teach you the rest.
SWAT Team of Maryland is an equal opportunity employer. To apply, email a resume, or just a few sentences about yourself, to matt@swatteamofmichigan.com or call +1 888-312-1007. We reply to every application; if the timing is not right we will say so straight.
