Commercial Cleaning in Baltimore & Maryland

This Baltimore-focused guide is part of our wider Maryland cleaning coverage. Our team handles service requests across the 24 communities in our cleaning coverage directory. Confirm your address, project, and available dates with the office.

Your building talks to every customer and employee before you say a word. Dull floors and dusty sills say one thing. A space that is genuinely maintained says another. SWAT Team of Michigan has served commercial facilities since its 2019 launch, building on earlier independent cleaning experience. The Michigan company track record includes: the County of Jackson, Menards, and the Area Agency on Aging are part of our company experience, and Big Boy, Bob Evans, and Murray's Auto have been over the years. Every one of those contracts is month-to-month. We keep the work because the work holds up, not because a contract traps anyone.

01The Scope

What a commercial program includes

No two buildings get the same checklist. A dealership showroom, a county office, and a retail floor wear differently, so we walk your facility first and build the program around how your space actually gets used: which doors take the traffic, where the floors break down, what your customers see from the parking lot in.

Programs cover the full interior: restrooms sanitized and restocked, floors swept, mopped, and machine-scrubbed on schedule, desks and touchpoints wiped with hospital-grade disinfectant, break rooms and kitchens degreased, entryways and glass kept clear. Green cleaning options are available for the whole program or any part of it, including low-VOC products and Green Seal certified equipment.

Every visit is logged and photo-documented, which is why property managers like working with us; you can verify the work without driving to the site. And when something beyond the schedule comes up, an event, a spill, a surprise inspection, you call one number and a crew that already knows your building shows up.

03Timeline

Recurring programs run on your calendar: nightly, weekly, or custom. We schedule around your hours, not ours, and crews are available Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 10 PM. A walk-through and written program usually takes under a week to stand up.

04Pricing

The office prepares a program and estimate after the walk-through. Review the job-specific pricing, visit schedule, cancellation arrangements, and full Terms before accepting a recurring service.

Every estimate is written for your exact space and scope, free, after a walk-through. No pricing games.

Cleaning after construction or renovation

Discuss settled dust, finished surfaces and access before arranging a construction clean.

Public-facing facilities

Plan cleaning around visitors, staff, and sensitive spaces.

For museums, galleries, wineries, and tasting rooms, start with the everyday areas people use: entrances, visitor restrooms, staff rooms, accessible glass, and suitable hard floors. Tell the office about opening hours, events, access restrictions, and surfaces that need special care so the cleaning scope can be reviewed.

Collection objects, artwork, exhibits, production equipment, and specialist conservation work require separate expertise and are outside a routine facility-cleaning scope. Confirm any restricted areas and approved products with the facility manager before work begins.

Send your facility details to the office for a scope and scheduling review.

Clear answers

Before you arrange this service

Can cleaning be scheduled around business hours?

Yes. Discuss opening hours, staff shifts, alarms, keys, and restricted areas during the walkthrough. The office confirms an available schedule and access plan for your building.

Can you combine routine cleaning with occasional deep work?

Yes. A recurring program can be scoped alongside periodic detail cleaning or hard-floor care. Frequency and tasks are agreed for the facility; specialist work is not automatically included in every visit.

What should be included in a commercial walkthrough?

Show us the areas to clean, floor materials, restrooms, public spaces, occupancy patterns, storage, and access restrictions. Identify areas needing extra attention and how you want issues or completed work communicated.

How is the estimate worked out?

The office reviews the size, condition, access, materials, and work you want completed. Photos help with the initial discussion; a walkthrough may be needed. Scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.
